Also, notice how low-ball jobs and freebies end up being the biggest headache with more and more demands, as if "yes, I'll help you out" is interpreted as carte blanche. Thank you! Just because it's not in the budget doesn't mean something is not possible. Money is an infinite resource, but we have to be willing to ASK for it! And if all else fails, there's always another equivalent value proposition that could be created if both sides are willing.
