Inflation may or may not be leveling off, but if it or other economic conditions continue to impact your bottom line, it's never too late to catch up.
I came across an article about how money affect's one's mental health and how inflation has worsened the situation for many. There’s valuable info to be aware of, but the article disappointingly failed to acknowledge how so many people are simply not earning enough to begin with! It also failed to suggest anything about how to actually earn more to help people alleviate their financial distress. And this sort of societal gaslighting isn't letting up!
This is why I'm passionate about the work I do as a business and money mindset coach. We don't have to hold back on our spending if we can learn how to instead hold back on the fear that gets in the way of the prosperity we're meant to experience. I’ll admit I can find gratitude in the higher prices because it has been forcing me to not slack off or hold back in my business; it's all the more reason to be of service to as many as I can!
25 Reasons You Can Still Charge More
If you need a shot of inspiration for your money mindset to help you pull in more money to pay for the increasing costs of the life you deserve in 2025, below are 25 reasons you can still raise your professional fees:
YOU ARE WORTH IT! Period. Full Stop!
Prices still keep going up for so much else anyway.
A higher price can help you stand out from the "average" crowd.
The people who are best for you will want to pay you more according to what your offer is worth.
Only the worst clients really complain about any inevitable price increases.
Losing people who don’t want to pay you more makes room for more who will want to pay you more!
You can offer newer, bigger packages or something else more unique to befit the unique needs of those you serve.
You can offer greater forms of value through new supplemental services or resources your clients will love.
You can curate additional products or services into the “package” that unlock even greater value for even greater results.
You can charge a premium for what your clients would otherwise pay for elsewhere (extra money for you AND extra savings or convenience for them).
You can afford to offer bonuses or other incentives due to your higher profit margins.
You can afford to facilitate scholarships and other forms of aid to those truly in need.
You can afford to engage in other forms of philanthropy to help others in need during these uncertain times.
With now over 8 billion people in the world and the opportunity to serve anyone around the world, the possibilities for more clients are practically inexhaustible.
Adequate health and safety precautions are still not free and the costs keep going up.
You’re still paying for or you’re about to pay for other higher costs of doing business thanks to Covid and all the other challenges going on in the world.
OTHERS are charging more! (This is one of the rare instances when it can pay to conform!)
Others could be depending on your leadership so they can feel they have permission to charge more too!
You can help those you serve learn how to likewise charge more—and you’re helping to normalize charging enough to actually live!
More people than you might think are used to paying more than you might think.
More people than you might think are willing to pay more than you might think.
Your most ideal clients are likely to refer you to others who are willing to pay you more than you might think.
You're worthy of being a true role model for what a successful entrepreneur with a sustainable and growing business looks like!
Remember the people you’re most meant to serve are not investing in you. They are investing in themselves through you. The ideal results you help them achieve will forever be a priceless return on their investment.

If you're willing to step up and out and be all you are meant to be, you can thrive in even an uncertain of economic environments. Uncertainty is the only true certainty in life, so as long as we're willing to adapt, we can find or create success on our own terms.
Yes, these recent post-Covid years have been "expensive" in many ways, and too many continue to face too much unnecessary economic hardship. So it’s all the more imperative that we make sure we’re taking care of ourselves so we can be in the best position to embrace our leadership roles and leverage our abundance to do even more good in the world to help others.
